1.1 Processing Time
 M-Rogue Research processes orders in the order they are received. Standard processing time is same business day or next business day. M-Rogue reserves the right to take up to two (2) full business days to process an order following confirmed payment.

1.2 Shipment Notification
 Once an order has been packaged and prepared for shipment, the customer will receive an electronic notification containing the tracking number.

1.3 Domestic Shipping
 All orders are shipped within the United States via UPS or FedEx, based on the customer’s selection at checkout. Estimated delivery times range from one (1) to six (6) business days, depending on carrier and service level.

1.4 Carrier Responsibility
 Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, M-Rogue assumes no responsibility for delays, misrouting, damage, or any other carrier-related issues. Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon carrier acceptance.
1.5 Holiday Delays
 Orders placed on or near federal holidays may experience additional processing or transit delays. M-Rogue shall not be held liable for such delays.
