M-Rogue Research (“MRogue”) maintains a strict Zero Tolerance Policy regarding the handling, distribution, and use of all research chemicals sold through this platform. All products offered by MRogue are intended exclusively for in vitro laboratory research use only.

By placing an order, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to this Zero Tolerance Policy as well as MRogue’s Terms and Conditions. These policies are a condition of sale, and any violation will result in immediate refusal of service, order cancellation, and/or account termination without exception.

By purchasing from or receiving shipments from MRogue, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Research Use Only

All products distributed by MRogue are intended strictly for in vitro research purposes only.

Human consumption, injection, inhalation, transdermal application, or any other form of bodily introduction is strictly prohibited. These materials are not designed, intended, or approved for therapeutic, diagnostic, medical, veterinary, or clinical use.

  1. Assumption of Risk

Customers acknowledge that research chemicals may present inherent risks if improperly handled.

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure proper storage, handling, and use of all products in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and recognized laboratory safety standards.

  1. Prohibited Uses

MRogue products may not be used for any of the following:

  • Recreational use
  • Medical or therapeutic purposes
  • Food or dietary applications
  • Animal use
  • Any application outside legitimate scientific or laboratory research

Any violation of these restrictions will result in immediate termination of service.

  1. Liability Waiver

By purchasing from MRogue, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless MRogue, its owners, affiliates, and employees from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from misuse, mishandling, or improper application of any product.

  1. No Human-Use Guidance

MRogue and its staff do not provide and will not provide any advice, instructions, or recommendations—explicit or implied—regarding human or animal use of any research chemical.

Any inquiry suggesting human consumption or bodily application will result in a formal refusal of service.

  1. Qualified Researchers Only

By completing a purchase, you affirm that you are a qualified researcher and that all materials will be used strictly for legitimate laboratory, scientific, or agricultural research conducted by trained personnel.

  1. Refusal of Service

MRogue reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.

Any communication indicating intent to misuse products will result in:

  • Immediate refusal of service
  • Cancellation of pending orders
  • Permanent account termination

MRogue enforces this Zero Tolerance Policy without exception.

  1. Not Drugs or Pharmaceuticals

Products sold by MRogue are not drugs, medications, or pharmaceutical products as defined under United States law.

Any attempt to use or represent these materials as therapeutic, medical, or pharmaceutical agents is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of service.
