By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges, understands, and agrees to this Zero Tolerance Policy as well as MRogue’s Terms and Conditions. Any violation of these requirements will result in immediate refusal of service, order cancellation, and/or permanent account termination.

Customers acknowledge and accept that research chemicals may present inherent risks if improperly handled.

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure proper storage, handling, and use of all products in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standard laboratory safety protocols.

  1. Prohibited Uses

MRogue products may not be used for any of the following:

  • Recreational use
  • Medical or therapeutic purposes
  • Food or dietary applications
  • Animal use
  • Any application outside of legitimate scientific or laboratory research

Any violation of these restrictions will result in immediate termination of service.

  1. Waiver of Liability

By purchasing from MRogue, the customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless MRogue, its owners, affiliates, and employees from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from misuse, mishandling, or improper application of any product.

  1. No Guidance on Human Use

MRogue and its representatives do not provide and will not provide any advice, instructions, or recommendations—explicit or implied—regarding human or animal use of any product.

Any inquiry suggesting human consumption or bodily application will result in refusal of service and potential account termination.

  1. Qualified Researchers Only

By purchasing from MRogue, the customer affirms that they are a qualified researcher and that all products will be used exclusively for legitimate laboratory, scientific, or agricultural research conducted by trained personnel.

  1. Refusal of Service

MRogue reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or permanently terminate accounts at its sole discretion.

Any communication indicating intent to misuse products will result in:

  • Immediate refusal of service
  • Cancellation of pending orders
  • Permanent account termination

MRogue enforces this Zero Tolerance Policy without exception.

  1. Not Drugs or Pharmaceuticals

All products sold by MRogue are not drugs, medications, or pharmaceutical products as defined under U.S. law.

Any attempt to use or represent these materials as therapeutic, medical, or pharmaceutical agents is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of service.
