CORPORATE LEGAL SERVICES

I have been the General Counsel for three corporations during my career. I’m currently the fractional General Counsel for a start-up in the Dallas area.

I have written multiple contracts and reviewed and revised even more. I have negotiated with multiple parties crafting multi-million dollar deals. I have dealt with demanding Board members and irate regulators. While I don’t consider myself an expert in securities law, I have learned enough to do some basic drafting of materials for the Securities and Exchange Commission.

I am aware that entrepreneurs do not like being told “no” when they want to do something. I will strive to find creative solutions that allow the corporate goals to be met while reducing legal risk.
