Represented the buyer and seller the largest parcel of land west of Lincoln Bl to a local buyer for adaptive reuse. There were two parcels across the street from one another that had to be sold together. A run down church on one side, and a vacant lot on the other. This was an extremely challenging sale transaction. We successfully navigated legal actions and got the seller a tremendous windfall of profit enabling them to relocate to a more suitable facility close by.
