We helped the seller avoid foreclosure and successfully transition out of a challenging situation with the sale of this unique property nestled in the Los Feliz hills. The home featured partial city lights views, a secluded brick patio wrapping around the side and rear of the property, and a detached 2-car garage.Over the years, several meaningful improvements had been completed, including copper plumbing re-piping, foundation bolting, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, and the addition of solar panels. Despite these updates, the property still required substantial renovation and was ultimately marketed and sold as a fixer opportunity. To help position the property for a successful sale, we coordinated and funded critical pre-closing support for the seller, including clean-up crews, storage solutions, moving services, and relocation assistance through a bridge loan we provided. All of these efforts were completed prior to the close of escrow, allowing the seller to move forward with stability and peace of mind.
