Represented a seller in the sale of their family home after they experienced some challenges. Their Hollywood Hills home had fallen into disrepair and was in need of a complete remodel. Situated on a great lot with beautiful canyon views, the property attracted a lot of attention. However, inspections revealed some significant problems that we had to quantify, but we were able to resolve all problems and close escrow in a timely manner.
