Sold after a lot of effort. The seller had some challenges to deal with as did the property. The house needed to be stripped to the studs. Great house with lots of space, but everything needed to go. Had a few false starts with offers that didn’t go through, but we stayed the course and closed over asking price. We just needed to find the right buyer. Needed to be a local, owner user and that is who won the bidding. Flippers were trying to send in low ball offers to make a resale profit. We saw what we needed to do and marketed accordingly.
