Varun Thakkar, MD is the creator of VirtualMD. He is a graduate of Boston University School of Medicine. He completed his intern year at Garnet Health Medical Center and advanced training at Maimonides Medical Center.
Dr. Thakkar’s skills include in-home care, chronic illness management and telemedical practice. He has vast experience in geriatric house calls and is a registered EMT-Paramedic in the state of New Jersey for over 10 years.
