This Agreement is made between TX Solar Cleaning Solutions (“Company”) and “Client”. as it relates to two way text messaging.

1. Information Collection
The Company will collect the Client’s phone number when the Client voluntarily opts-in to receive text messages from the Company through the Company website forms, checkout pages, or other enrollment methods. The Company may also collect the content of any messages the Client sends to the Company during two-way communications.
2. Use of Information
The Company will use the Client’s mobile information to provide the services requested, including:
– Responding to the Clients inquiries (Two-way messaging).
– Sending appointment reminders, updates, or promotional alerts (if opted-in).
– Providing customer support via text.
3. Data Sharing & Non-Disclosure (TCR Required)
The Company will not share, sell, or rent the Clients mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The Company do not share text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, excluding necessary sharing with aggregators and service providers.
4. Opting Out and Support

Message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies based on your interactions.
