Founded in 1977 by my father Denis, Midwest Remanufacturing, LLC started as a small business with a big vision\u2014to provide truck owners and mechanics with a more affordable and effective alternative to costly OEM parts. At that time, customers had limited choices, often waiting weeks and paying high dealer prices for replacement parts. Seeing this gap in the market, Denis pioneered the remanufacturing of power steering components, offering superior quality and quick turnaround times.<\/p>\n

As the industry evolved, so did we. With growing competition, we understood the need to diversify and innovate. After taking over the business from my father, we expanded our product line to include hydraulic brake boosters, vacuum brake boosters, hydrovac brake boosters, and air brake compressors. Power Steering and Air Brake Components should be drained of all fluids.<\/p>\n

Wrap the parts in a plastic bag to catch the fluids that remain.<\/p>\n

Any loose parts should be secured to the unit inside the plastic bag. We can not be responsible for parts mixed in with the packing materials.<\/p>\n

Pack the unit in the correct size carton that has plenty of room for packing materials and can handle the weight of the part. We are not responsible for the added cost due to damage or loss during shipping!<\/p>\n

Insure the part for at least 1\u00bd times the cost of the rebuilt price.
\n(This should cover the replacement cost with the core cost) just in case it is lost in or damaged beyond repair shipping. We will be insuring your part for that much when we ship it back!<\/p>\n

Please fill out our Rebuild and Return form and pack the paperwork with the part.
