Mr. Di Bella, is a seasoned senior executive possessing knowledge and skills gained through better than thirty-five years as an executive in the healthcare industry. Having achieved many of the goals I set from within companies in the industry I now look to assist start-ups, small companies and mid-sized organizations in the development of their top and bottom line growth.<\/p>\n

I maintain a host of relationships at senior levels of management throughout healthcare and other industries, which can benefit the organization(s) who I represent. I possess a history of demonstrated leadership in all facets of strategic negotiations, business development, channel market initiatives and general management for healthcare organizations.<\/p>\n

In 1988 Ken began his career in healthcare with Sanus Texas Health Plan, an HMO (a division of New York Life Insurance Company) \u2013 as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In this capacity I had responsibility for the team that developed and implemented the nation\u2019s first self-insured HMO product. Additionally, we were able to establish, a highly productive relationship with the healthcare broker\/consultant community resulting in a significant source of new revenue for Sanus.<\/p>\n

As a result of the demonstrated successes with Sanus Di Bella was recruited to Core Source the then second largest Healthcare TPA in the United States\u2013 as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing and successfully integrated the historically competent administrative services of CoreSource with the healthcare management capabilities of a newly acquired company, Burgett and Dietrich, to create one of the first fully integrated administrative\/managed care offerings in the United States.<\/p>\n

Recruited As President and Chief Executive Officer of Harrington Services Corp. Ken had responsibility for an organization with 14 offices and over 1500 employees. Our growth was significant, growing from $32 million to $104 million in a 30-month period, including four minor and one major acquisition, and recorded significant organic top and bottom line growth during his tenure at Harrington. Di Bella established Harrington as a healthcare broker\/consultant friendly organization resulting in improved revenue.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t[\/vc_column][vc_column]\t\t

As Founder, President and CEO of Bridge Benefits, we were able to turn three acquired organizations that were financially troubled into a successful company recognized for superior customer service and product innovation.<\/p>\n

In 2002 Bridge Benefits was acquired by a large healthcare Third Party Administrator CBCA and was recruited to come aboard as CEO, to fix a company that was challenged in every department. Our team improved the organization and created a \u201cBlue Ocean\u2122\u201d company establishing the first \u201cEmployer Service Organization\u201d that was to offer healthcare administration, human resource and retirement management services. This initiative proved successful enough to attract an investment partner and forming the company which developed significant traction with prospective and existing clients creating significant new deal flow for the company.<\/p>\n

After having semi-retired for three years Di Bella was drawn back to the healthcare industry, forming, a firm with a unique business model, SimplifiHC, LLC. It was formed to assist companies of any size who wish to gain market penetration or require advisory services. Although this business model didn\u2019t achieve the results desired, the business lessons learned were extremely valuable and will be beneficial for clients of Successful Imperatives.<\/p>\n
