California Transparency in Supply Chains Act

Verification. ACS Industries, Inc. (“ACS”) does not currently engage in verification of product supply chains with respect to human trafficking and slavery. 

Audit. ACS does not currently conduct supplier audits to determine compliance with standards for trafficking and slavery in supply chains. 

Certification. ACS does not currently require direct suppliers to certify that the materials incorporated into its products comply with anti-slavery and human trafficking laws in the countries in which they do business. 

Internal Accountability. ACS does not currently maintain internal accountability standards and procedures for employees or contractors failing to meeting standards regarding slavery and trafficking. 

Training. ACS does not currently provide employees or contractors with training for on human trafficking and slavery, with respect to mitigating risks within the supply chains of products.
