    Scott B. Poor was Corporate Counsel, Assistant Secretary and Director of Investor Relations for Green Plains Renewable Energy, Inc., the nation\u2019s largest publicly traded ethanol company. He served as Corporate Counsel and Director of Government Affairs for Bio Process Algae LLC, an ARRA-funded algae technology firm.<\/p>\n

    Scott B. Poor worked for the Kansas City law firm of White Goss Bowers Marsch Schulte and Weisenfels LLP. He was an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Kansas. Scott B. Poor served one term as Executive Director and General Counsel for the Republican Party of Kansas. In 2004, the National Journal named him a \u201cRising Star\u201d in Kansas politics. He is former Chairman of the Kansas Real Estate Appraisal Board.<\/p>\n

    Scott B. Poor resides in Eastborough KS with his wife, Tonya, and two daughters. He is a graduate of the Kansas Agriculture and Rural Leadership (KARL) program.\u00a0 He serves on the Board of Directors of KANZA Bank and the Kansas Business Hall of Fame.<\/p>\n
