Managing member Scott B. Poor started his career with the Office of the Kansas Attorney General. He handled civil rights, public integrity and elections matters. Poor litigated federal and appellate cases for the Kansas Department of Corrections. Also, he served as General Counsel to the Kansas Parole Board. Member Eric Hartenstein built a successful trial practice after earlier careers in the manufacturing and municipal bonds, and he’s been repeatedly recognized for pro bono services to Wichita’s underprivileged community. Member Sarah Foster entered private practice after serving as Chief Prosecutor for the City of Overland Park and serving as an Assistant District Attorney and Deputy Court Trustee in Sedgwick County.
