About us

HARTENSTEIN POOR & FOSTER LLC was founded in 2015.  Wichita is our primary market, although we handle cases throughout the State of Kansas.  Managing member Scott B Poor started the firm after a career in politics, government and business.  Member Eric Hartenstein spent decades in the Wichita aircraft industry before dedicating himself to the practice of others.  Member Sarah Foster joined the firm after raising a family and holding senior roles as a prosecutor and state agency attorney.  These principals are bonded by a shared commitment to help others.
