Confirmation of your order will be provided via email. Full payment is required prior to the commencement of production. Accepted payment methods are those specified on our website.<\/li>\n<li><strong> Custom Orders<\/strong><br \/>\nAll custom cakes and desserts are made according to the specifications provided by you. It is your responsibility to ensure all details are accurate at the time of ordering. Requests for changes after order confirmation may not be accommodated.<\/li>\n<li><strong> Allergies and Dietary Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nPlease disclose any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of order placement. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from traces of allergens due to shared equipment.<\/li>\n<li><strong> Cancellations and Refunds<\/strong><br \/>\nDue to the bespoke and perishable nature of our products, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of order confirmation. Refunds are generally not available once production has commenced but will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.<\/li>\n<li><strong> Delivery and Collection<\/strong><br \/>\nDelivery and collection times will be agreed upon at the time of order.
