School and Sport Physical

We offer school/college physical exams. The physical exams generally focus on your child’s overall health and assist in identifying any chronic medical conditions or acute illnesses that could affect a child’s progress. A school physical also provides an excellent opportunity to ask about immunizations. Sports physicals are required by schools to assess your child’s health and eligibility to play sports.
