Booking

Only the renter and drivers approved by F&L Car Rental may operate the vehicle.

The renter is fully responsible for anyone driving the vehicle during the rental period.

The renter must provide:

• A valid driver's license
• Proof of active automobile insurance

Insurance must include:

• Full Coverage
• Collision Coverage
• Personal Injury Protection (if applicable)

Your insurance will serve as the primary coverage for any accident or damage.

If they do not have the coverage than they have to pay $29/Day 

The vehicle has been inspected before delivery.

By accepting the vehicle, you acknowledge that it is in good condition except for any damage listed on the Vehicle Inspection Report.

Please inspect the vehicle before leaving.

While renting the vehicle, you agree to:

• Drive safely and obey all traffic laws.
• Keep the vehicle secure.
• Return the vehicle in the same condition (normal wear excepted).
• Return the vehicle with the same fuel level received.
• Report any accident or damage immediately.

The vehicle may NOT be used for:

• Racing or reckless driving
• Off-road driving
• Criminal activity
• Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Towing another vehicle
• Cannot rent the vehicles to others
• Driving by unauthorized persons
• Traveling outside approved areas without permission
• They can not leave the state

Violation of these terms may immediately end the rental agreement.

The renter is responsible for any damage, theft, or loss occurring during the rental period.

This may include:

• Repair costs
• Vehicle replacement if totaled or stolen
• Towing and storage fees
• Loss of rental income while the vehicle is being repaired
• Administrative fees

Do not authorize repairs without approval from F&L Car Rental.

Renter is financially responsible for the vehicle at all times until it is returned to F&L Car Rental, regardless of who operates it.

F&L Car Rental is not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle.

Please check the vehicle before returning it.

If the vehicle experiences a mechanical problem that is not caused by the renter, contact F&L Car Rental immediately.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement vehicle or extend your rental when possible.

The renter agrees to pay all rental charges and any additional fees.

Past-due balances may be subject to:

• Late fees
• Collection costs
• Attorney fees where permitted by law

The Renter must provide:

• A valid and unexpired driving license.
• A copy of the driving license to be kept on file with F&L Car Rental.
• Active insurance coverage documents that include:

  - Collision coverage

  - Liability protection

  - Personal injury coverage

This agreement represents the complete understanding between the renter and F&L Car Rental.

Any changes must be approved in writing.

The Renter must provide:

• A valid and unexpired driving license.
• A copy of the driving license to be kept on file with F&L Car Rental.
• Active insurance coverage documents that include:

  - Collision coverage

  - Liability protection

  - Personal injury coverage
