Hi, this is Alexa Rodriguez, a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience in the mental health field. I created Empower Mental Health to provide a truly safe and authentic space for adults, couples, and families to heal. My specialty lies in walking alongside those navigating the weight of anxiety, depression, and complex trauma.

My professional path is rooted in a long-standing belief that everyone deserves to feel seen and supported during life’s most difficult moments. Since becoming licensed in 2013, I have gained extensive experience working with diverse individuals within child welfare, juvenile justice, and adult justice systems. This background allows me to bring a deeply human perspective to clinical care.

Based in Las Vegas, I primarily offer private virtual sessions to help you find healing from the comfort and privacy of your own space. My goal is to help you understand the ``why`` behind your struggles and look beyond just your symptoms.
