In a small bowl mix all ingredients and rub over potatoes making sure all is covered. Sea salt and black pepper are optional.<\/p>\n<p>Prepare the salmon on cooking sheet with foil baked 350 degrees in oven for 20-25 minutes. Mix ingredients in small bowl making a sauce from the garlic, honey, parsley, and butter. Your choice add sea salt and black pepper. Pour sauce and rub into the salmon, covering with foil as a tent to seal in the flavor. This will allow you to open and check that it is done. Finish it off with slice lemon on top.<\/p>\n<p>Salad add ingredients in a bowl and mix. Romaine lettuce, chopped cucumber, tomato and apple vinaigrette. Black pepper and sea salt your option.<\/p>\n<p>Note you can substitute any of the ingredients to your preference.
