The experience that I gained during my career in nutrition paved the way for the starting point and journey that enabled me to be incredibly passionate when it comes to the planning and execution of an exercise program. I realized to the extent that knowing my DNA Code and the entirety of the spiritual, mental, and physical components of my body, God is my true strength, and I realized that nutrition accounts for 99% of my journey in this life. Understanding how my body functions has been essential to maintaining a healthy lifestyle throughout the years. Having gained an understanding of how to achieve the highest results from nutrition for my body type, I implemented weight training into my nutrition programs to amplify my results.<\/em><\/h5>\n

The questions I’ve been asking myself since I could remember.<\/em><\/h5>\n
God has given me the key to unlock my own door and now I can see the truth, my body is God’s temple created exclusively for his purpose and manifesting his uniqueness. As his holy temple, I am not born to be on\u00a0a diet, or in\u00a0such strenuous hard workouts without consequences, but rather in the place where his spirit is resent within me.<\/em><\/span><\/h5>\n

When I discovered how to adjust my daily food intake, maximize the right FOOD, and become familiar with it all. Exercise was incorporated only to add muscle mass to my body, but the most significant factor was the right nutrition for my body type. DNA plays a very important role when it comes to getting into shape, and understanding your own genetic makeup is crucial.<\/em><\/h5>\n

Competing in Fitness<\/span><\/em><\/h5>\n
As my journey to competition unfolded, DNA played a very important role in determining the outcome. There is a unique design in the human body, the potential of which is unmatched, and we are created with ultimate greatness in order to reveal God’s creative mastery. The purpose of this God-given gift was to be put to good use and I was determined to fulfill what God had begun in me. I continued my journey towards the second competition. My 4th Figure Competition<\/em><\/h5>\n

Every step I took in preparation was strengthened by God. In my 4th amateur competition, I placed 1st in my class, and in comparison, with other classes I placed 1st Overall. My Journey Competing at a National Level<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/span><\/h5>\n

My 5th and 6 competition was a National level show. I placed 3rd out of the top 100 young women participants and I was so overjoyed because placing top 3 in a National show meant I was capable of making it to the Olympia stage. However, I was complete and satisfied, I decided to stop competing in my journey and that race had concluded. There was no doubting of my genetic gifts by God.<\/em><\/h5>\n
The Lord has perfected every day of my life, he has given me insight into all things that surround me. It is my willingness to walk in the fullness of what I was born and created to do. In my daily existence while passing through this world, I proclaim my true identity and allow the Lord to fulfill all my purposes.<\/em><\/h5>\n
