I\u2019m currently the fractional General Counsel for a start-up in the Dallas area.<\/p>\n<p>I have written multiple contracts and reviewed and revised even more. I have negotiated with multiple parties crafting multi-million dollar deals. I have dealt with demanding Board members and irate regulators. While I don\u2019t consider myself an expert in securities law, I have learned enough to do some basic drafting of materials for the Securities and Exchange Commission.<\/p>\n<p>I am aware that entrepreneurs do not like being told \u201cno\u201d when they want to do something.
