We provide Loan Signing Agent services for real estate transactions.
We ensure loan documents are signed, dated, and completed properly according to the instructions provided by the hiring party, title company, escrow office, or signing service.
Appointments commonly include refinance packages, purchase documents, seller packages, loan modifications, HELOC documents, and reverse mortgage signings.
Pricing
Texas Notary Fee is $10 per notarized signature
Travel fee is based on distance
After-hours appointments require an additional fee
Same-day appointments are available upon request
Loan signing pricing will vary based on document package, location, printing, scan backs, and appointment requirements.
Service Limitations
You provide notarial and loan signing services only.
You do not provide legal advice, explain or interpret legal documents, give advice on loan terms, select or complete notarial certificates, or act as a witness unless permitted by law.
If a client is unsure which notarization is needed, they must contact the issuing or receiving agency before the appointment.
